Every engagement is the same promise at a different stage: the numbers your program publishes are computed correctly, every time, with a paper trail.

Registry systems

Design and build of clinical data registries: submission portals for hospitals and clinicians, structured forms with validation at entry, role-based access for program staff and reviewers, and complete history on every record. Built to the data-protection standards European medical organizations require.

Scoring & certification engines

The heart of an accreditation program is its rules — inclusion criteria, quality indicators, thresholds, training requirements. I encode those rules as versioned, tested software, so a certification decision is reproducible: given the same data and the same rule version, the same result, with an audit trail showing exactly how it was reached. When your board changes a threshold, the rule changes once, visibly, and history stays intact.

Migration from manual process

Most programs start in spreadsheets and inboxes. I take the process your staff runs by hand — the collection emails, the Excel scoring sheet, the committee packet — and turn it into a system, without losing the institutional knowledge embedded in how you do it today. Your staff's time moves from calculating to deciding.

Long-term operation

Registries are run, not just delivered. I operate what I build: monitoring, backups, security updates, submission-season support, and the yearly evolution every living program needs. One person, accountable for the system end to end — which is exactly why it stays small enough to be careful.

I take a small number of clients so each system gets an operator, not a vendor. If your program is planning a registry, an accreditation cycle, or an escape from the spreadsheet, the first conversation costs nothing and usually helps.
